participate in races using real RC vehicles controlled over the Internet.
The aRCadeRally platform enables in particular:
registering and maintaining a user account,
topping up the virtual currency balance,
booking driving sessions,
remotely controlling an RC vehicle during an active session,
reviewing session history and submitting complaints.
Using the platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
These Terms apply to all players regardless of whether they use the web or desktop
version of the platform.

§ 03
Technical Requirements
To use the Platform you need:
a device with Internet access,
an up-to-date web browser or compatible desktop application,
a stable Internet connection capable of receiving a video stream and sending control
commands.
The Platform may also be available as a desktop application for selected operating
systems.
Gameplay quality depends on, among other things, the Player's Internet connection
quality, network latency, and current infrastructure availability.
aRCadeRally does not guarantee zero latency, absence of momentary video glitches, or
freedom from transient technical issues, but takes steps to ensure the smoothest
possible experience.
§ 04
Registration & User Account
Using the booking and gameplay features requires creating a user account.
During registration the User provides accurate and up-to-date information as required by
the registration form.
Email address verification is required before making the first booking.
The User is responsible for securing their login credentials and not sharing them with
third parties.
The following are prohibited:
creating accounts with false information,
using other users' accounts,
attempting to circumvent Platform security measures.
An Administrator may block a user account in the event of Terms violations, abuse,
attempts to disrupt the system, or suspected activity harmful to the Platform, other
players, or operational partners.
§ 05
Wallet & Payments
The Platform uses a coin-based billing system.
Top-ups are converted to coins at a fixed rate of 1 PLN = 10 coins.
The minimum top-up amount is 50 PLN unless the Platform specifies otherwise.
Wallet top-ups are processed through a third-party payment operator.
Coins are used to book sessions and access other services available on the Platform.
The history of top-ups, bookings, and refunds is visible in the user's Wallet.
Any refund to a bank account is not automatic and may be processed manually after a
successful complaint review or in other cases determined by the administrator.
§ 06
Session Booking
A Player may only book an available session published on the Platform.
The booking process includes in particular:
selecting an arena,
selecting a date and time,
selecting a race type if available,
optionally selecting a specific vehicle or choosing random assignment,
confirming the booking.
Once the booking process begins, funds may be temporarily blocked for up to 15 minutes.
After successful booking confirmation the appropriate number of coins is deducted from
the Player's Wallet.
Failure to finalise a booking causes the hold to expire automatically and funds to be
released.
The Platform may restrict the availability of certain arenas or sessions depending on
the user's region, connection quality, or technical parameters.
§ 07
Cancellation & No-Show
A Player may cancel a confirmed booking up to 2 hours before the session starts, unless
a different deadline is specified for that track.
If cancellation is made within the allowed period the Player receives a full refund of
the deducted coins.
If a Player does not attend the session or fails to connect on time for reasons not
attributable to the Platform or organiser, the coins are forfeited.
In the event of technical issues the Player may submit a complaint in accordance with
§11.
§ 08
Session Participation
The game view may be activated before the scheduled session start, typically around 5
minutes beforehand.
Before the start a Player may access a video preview and connection test; however,
vehicle control remains locked until the official session start.
Session start and end may occur automatically or via the Track Admin.
During the session the Player gains the ability to control the vehicle using the
available control methods.
After the session ends control is locked and the session receives a completed status.
The Platform may display system messages, countdowns, technical information, and session
status.
§ 09
Fair & Safe Play
The Player agrees to use the Platform in a manner consistent with its intended purpose.
The following are prohibited:
deliberately damaging a vehicle or taking actions intended to damage equipment,
deliberately ramming obstacles, track elements, or other vehicles when not permitted
by the current game mode,
attempting to disrupt session operation, the video stream, or control signals,
using software, scripts, macros, or devices to automate control in an unauthorised
manner,
circumventing system restrictions and security measures.
In the event of a violation the Track Admin or Platform Admin may:
lock vehicle control,
terminate the session,
refuse a refund,
temporarily or permanently block the user account.
If gameplay or equipment safety requires it, the Track Admin may take over vehicle
control, trigger an emergency stop, or end the session.
§ 10
Technical Issues & Connection Loss
aRCadeRally strives to ensure continuity of Platform and session operation.
In the event of a connection loss the system may attempt automatic reconnection during
the session.
Sessions are not automatically paused due to user disconnection.
Momentary video glitches, increased ping, stream quality drops, or brief loss of control
may result from either Platform infrastructure or the user's own connection.
If an issue had a significant impact on the ability to use the session, the Player may
submit a complaint.
§ 11
Complaints
A Player has the right to file a complaint regarding a session, in particular in the
event of:
vehicle malfunction,
serious technical problems,
connection loss or inability to control the vehicle,
stream malfunction,
unjustified takeover of control or session termination.
A complaint must be submitted no later than 24 hours after the session ends.
A complaint must include at least:
session identification — session start time and track name,
a description of the problem,
the time the problem occurred, where possible.
Complaints are reviewed by the Track Admin; if no decision is made within a reasonable
time they may be escalated to the Platform Admin.
A complaint may be:
upheld in full,
upheld in part,
rejected.
If a complaint is upheld the user may receive a full or partial coin refund.
The complaint decision is communicated to the user electronically or within the
Platform.
The user may appeal the complaint decision in accordance with the instructions provided
in the decision.
§ 12
Data, Logs & Monitoring
To ensure proper Platform operation, gameplay security, and complaint handling,
aRCadeRally may process data relating to user activity on the Platform.
The Platform may maintain logs including:
payment and booking logs,
technical session logs,
events related to connections, disconnections, blocks, and admin actions.
Logs may be used for:
processing complaints,
preventing abuse,
ensuring system security,
analysing Platform performance.
Detailed rules for personal data processing are set out in the Privacy Policy.
§ 13
Liability
aRCadeRally is liable for Platform operation to the extent required by mandatory
applicable law.
aRCadeRally is not liable for:
problems arising from insufficient Internet connection quality on the user's side,
incompatibility of the user's device with technical requirements,
consequences of user actions that violate these Terms,
temporary service unavailability due to technical work, updates, or force majeure.
aRCadeRally reserves the right to temporarily restrict availability of selected
features, tracks, arenas, or vehicles, in particular for technical, safety, or
maintenance reasons.
§ 14
Service Changes & Availability
The Platform may develop and change available game modes, the payment system, pricing,
vehicle availability, control methods, and account features.
Not all arenas, vehicles, and features need to be available to every user at all times.
Individual tracks and vehicles may have online, offline, test, or maintenance status,
which affects their visibility and bookability.
§ 15
Right of Withdrawal & Digital Services
Wallet top-ups, session bookings, and other digital services are subject to applicable
consumer law.
Where required by law, before a purchase the user consents to the commencement of
service delivery before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledges the consequences
of such consent.
Detailed rules regarding withdrawal, exceptions, and refunds shall be set out in the
purchase form and sales policy.
§ 16
Final Provisions
These Terms take effect on the date of their publication on the Platform.
aRCadeRally may amend these Terms for valid reasons, in particular due to legal,
technical, organisational, or business changes.
Users will be informed of material changes to these Terms in an appropriate manner on
the Platform or electronically.
Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by the law applicable to the Platform
operator's registered office and mandatory consumer protection provisions.
